Our stay in Tuğçe’s place was wonderful, she was very kind and friendly. She gave us all the necessary information for our check in and check out along with clear instructions on how to find the place. The apartment was super cozy and very clean, it made our stay in Chios delightful. Great location, next to the main square, the sea and the city castle. Recommended for 2 people!

It was just a great vacation ! The house was great both in terms of location and use! Tuğçe , the host, quickly answered all my questions before my arrival and sent the instructions in full. Accordingly, we found the house as if it was our own home, with our hands! There was no need for a map. It was a house where we felt like we were on board when we woke up! The view was even better than the photos. The bathroom is beautifully renovated and sparkling clean. We didn't use the kitchen supplies much, but it was spotless enough. Location of the house was right in the center. You can grab coffee from the cafe located downstairs and enjoy the beautiful view! There was no missing point in the house. The host's sincerity and goodwill were clear even in the correspondence language. We call it our home in gum now ! Until we meet again, our beautiful home .

Right at the heart of the city. Just 3 mins to restaurants, shopping district. From port takes around 10 mins. Cosy and nice home, comfortable bed, full kitchen. Wifi works great, coffee machine was a great amentity

Tuğçe'nin loftu harika bir konumda. Feribottan indiğinizde yürüyerek 10 dk.da oradasınız. Tam merkezde ve her yere yakınsınız. Kafeler, market, sahildeki balıkçılar, alışveriş... Tatlı ve sakin bir sokaktasınız ve bu loft giriş katında, hatta küçücük bir avlusu bile var. Fotoğrafta gördüğünüz gibi tavan yüksek ve ev çok ferah. Evde ihtiyacınız olan her şey var. Tuğçe mükemmel bir ev sahibi, harika bir iletişim deneyimi yaşadık. Sorduğum her soruya uzun ve detaylı açıklamalarla geri döndü. Düşünceli, nazik ve ilgili. Tuğçe'nin evinde kalarak Sakız Adasını günlük turlarla keşfetmek, gece yine merkezde olmak bizim için çok doğru bir karardı. Gidersek yine kesinlikle orada kalırız. Çok teşekkürler Tuğçe.

This place is one of the best Airbnb me and my family has ever been to! It's located in the center of Chios literally a street behind the port and everything is just minutes away. The apartment is just like the pictures. The whole apartment is renovated and clean and Mayland provides it with more necessities that you actually need which is lovely. It has an astonishing view of all the port of Chios and the city center and because its very high up we never felt warm! Last, even though the building isn't in the best shape ever, this apartment complex stands out, because there has been a lot of renovation with modern and new clean things.

Great little apartment overlooking the port. Check in was a breeze and Tuğçe was extremely helpful. Apartment was clean and we really enjoyed being able to walk right out to the restaurants and cafes, or just simply sitting on the balcony watching the boats and people go by. Highly recommend.

The apartment is spotlessly clean and well equipped. Our hosts were so helpful in providing information about the Easter celebrations on Chios. The apartment is close to the supermarket, coffee shops and numerous restaurants. It’s 5 minute walk to the harbour front and a perfect spot to explore Chios. Would highly recommend a stay.

Tugce and Dimitris are so nice. When we arrived in Chios, they did all the possible to allow us doing an early check-in. After that, Tugce gave us some good adresses in Chios. With her husband Dimitris, they owe a beach called Oz Bay where they offer us a cocktail. All over our stay, Tugce was really responsive to any questions and that was appreciable. The house of wine is well-decorated and well-furnished with all necessary to live. Moreover, you will find some bottles of greek wine, the menu precises the kind of wine. If you have yet some doubt about coming in Chios and in the house wine, don’t hesitate any more.

The cleanliness was the most important to us and sparkling clean. The items were new and healthy. Everything was perfect. Host is very interested. If we come back, we'd like to stay here again.

The house we stayed in is within walking distance to the sea and there are beach clubs and restaurants just beyond the beach. Access to these services without getting into our car from the house we stayed in is really valuable. All good quality and affordable. If we come home, there is air conditioning in every room except the kitchen. The kitchen and bathroom have everything you might need (from baking paper to fridge bag, toilet door to garbage bag, dishes and knives…). The host has already provided everything you may need at home and helps with everything. We were very satisfied with the house we stayed in and the Komi area, so that we did not even feel the need to go anywhere else on the island, even though we had a car. Thank you so much Ms. Tuğçe for making us have a really satisfying holiday. We would definitely recommend this house and the Komi region for those who are considering coming to the island of Chios…

We are very satisfied with the location of the house, its cleanliness and facilities. It was a huge contribution not to have parking problems. We had some reservations about the sound due to the fact that the house was near the airport before our arrival, but we did not have any problems with the sound of the plane. If we come back, it was a house you would choose again.

Dear Tugce, thank you for giving us your house. There is also a great ease in terms of language for guests who go from Turkey. The house is very clean and the location was great. We will definitely stay for a longer period of time in July.
